Red ringed on day two" is rough but let's not act like this is some big tragedy. You dropped 260 bucks at a flea market on a modded console, that's already a gamble going in. Flea market electronics are a coin flip at best, and modded ones are even worse because who knows who did the work or how hot they ran it. Take it apart, check the thermal paste, maybe reflow the board, half the time that fixes it. Worst case you're out 260 and you learned a lesson about buying old hardware from a guy with a folding table.
