Tried a power trowel for the first time on a small garage slab
I borrowed a buddy's ride-on trowel for a 400 sq ft garage floor near Omaha. Ended up with these weird washboard ridges because I couldn't feather the edges right. Has anyone else had trouble switching from hand floating to a machine on smaller pours?

Did your buddy mention if his machine was set for a bigger slab by chance?

Wait, that thing can handle bigger slabs than standard size?!

From what I've seen, the measurements on those things aren't always super precise out of the box. Jenkins_coleman, my buddy had his set for a smaller slab once and it messed up a big piece of granite. Double check the settings before you try anything oversized.
