A client in Boise said my broom finish was too rough for his patio, so I switched to a softer bristle brush and now I get fewer complaints.
Has anyone else had to adjust their broom technique for residential work versus commercial slabs?

Yeah my buddy's landscaper drove over his sprinkler lines and flooded the whole front yard...

Oh man, tell me about it. My neighbor hired some crew that treated his lawn like a construction site. Left ruts everywhere. House looked like a war zone, not a home. You need people who actually care about the property.
