I was ready to tear down a client's tower for a $95 paste job when he grabbed my wrist and said the fan curve was set to silent mode and the dust filter was packed solid. We popped the side panel, blew out the filter, and set the curve back to normal and the temps dropped 22 degrees with zero parts.
