Had the worst Monday of my career last week and I'm still rattled

Three days later and you're still "rattled"? Come on man. Unless you literally got fired or someone died, it's probably just a rough day that you're blowing out of proportion. I've had Mondays where everything went wrong - client flipped out, server crashed, boss yelled at me - and by Tuesday I forgot about half of it. What actually happened that was so bad?
