Dropped a screwdriver into a live server and somehow didn't get zapped

I was swapping out a power supply in a Dell rack server at a client's office in downtown Austin. The screw slipped and my metal driver landed right across the motherboard contacts. I froze, pulled it out quick, and the server stayed on - no spark or anything. Checked all the logs after and everything was clean, but my heart was pounding for like 10 minutes. Anyone else ever have a close call like this where it could have gone way worse?

Claire nailed it. My heart was doing the flamenco for a solid ten minutes.

Bet it saved your life that the PSU grounded through the chassis first.
