Tried a new drysuit glove system on a Seattle harbor job
We had a two day job in cold water, so I used my old latex wrist seals with gloves on day one. My hands were numb after an hour. Day two, I switched to a pair of those silicone ring seal gloves a buddy lent me. The difference was huge, my hands stayed warm and dry the whole four hour dive. The seal was just way better and didn't feel as tight. Anyone have a favorite brand for those silicone ring systems?

I mean, rowan725's buddy doing the traffic stop claw is a whole mood. That harbor water finds a way in, for sure.

That harbor water is no joke, even in a suit. Reminds me of a dive up near Anacortes where my buddy's glove seal failed. He spent the whole dive doing this weird claw-hand thing trying to keep the water from rushing up his arm. Looked like he was trying to politely stop traffic. He was not happy on the boat ride back.

Been there. A dab of silicone grease on the wrist seal works wonders for that. Makes it way harder for water to sneak in, even with a tiny gap.
