Ever try pulling a pump in Galveston without soaking the bolts in PB Blaster first? Salt water and barnacles turn simple jobs into all day fights. That $4 O-ring probably cost you a busted knuckle and half a Saturday. Next time bring a scraper and a lot of patience, the bay does not play nice.
