Rant: That fancy new commercial AC controller at the Marriott in Phoenix is a headache

I was out at the Marriott in Phoenix last week fixing a unit and the building manager kept bragging about their new smart AC controller system. Thing kept throwing off false error codes and locking me out of manual overrides for basic diagnostics. Am I the only one who thinks these cloud based systems cause more problems than they solve on commercial jobs?

Used to be all for the tech side of things, but after getting locked out of a manual override on a Friday afternoon I'm totally on your side. Cloud stuff is great until it breaks and you're stuck waiting on some support ticket.
