Just switched from a wood trestle to a Baker scaffold on a 3 story atrium job in Dallas
I had my crew build a wood trestle setup for the atrium drywall on a job in Dallas last week and it was a disaster, took two guys almost a full shift just to move it 15 feet. We rented a Baker scaffold for the next section and the whole thing rolled into place in maybe 10 minutes. Same two guys, same wall height, but we got almost double the board hung that day. Anyone else made the switch on interior work or do you still build wood for certain spots?
