Just realized why my crew kept missing punch list items

I used to hand out a printed checklist every Friday, but we kept finding leaks and loose trim during final walkthroughs. Last week I switched to having the foreman walk the space with each trade one at a time, and we caught 11 issues before the client even showed up. Has anyone else ditched paper lists for a live group walk and seen better results?
