A super in Denver handed me his punch list on a napkin and it was 90% handwriting
I was doing a tenant fit-out in a 40 year old building off Larimer Street and the building super walked the site with me, pulling a folded napkin out of his jacket with about 14 items scrawled on it. He told me "the last crew ignored this list and I made their final draw a nightmare," then made me initial each line with his pen before he would unlock the roof hatch. Do you guys actually work off these napkin lists, or do you retype everything into your own system first?
