The new comic shop in Springfield had zero back issues... just statues and t-shirts.

It felt more like a toy store than a place for readers. I asked about a specific Silver Surfer run and the guy just pointed to a Funko Pop. Are we just collectors now, not fans?

Check the date they opened. Maybe they're still building up the back issue stock.

I used to think new shops just needed time, but pointing to a Funko Pop for a comic question is pretty telling.
