Ran into a back issue that took 4 hours to fix

Tbh I used to think bagging and boarding comics was just for people with too much money. Then I picked up an old Amazing Spider-Man #300 at my local shop and saw how bad the spine was bending without a board. I spent almost 4 hours this weekend re-bagging about 120 books from my long boxes. Has anyone else noticed certain older bags get sticky after a few years?

Plastic quality has gone downhill everywhere lately.

Just bought a pack of those clear storage containers last week and three of them already have stress cracks in the corners from barely stacking them. The plastic feels thinner and way more brittle compared to the same brand I bought two years ago. Ngl I'm starting to wonder if we're just paying more for cheaper materials now.
