Vent: my pour-over kettle spout bent and now I can't hit the bloom right

It happened yesterday morning at 6am before work, the cheap gooseneck I've had for 2 years just folded sideways mid-pour and dumped boiling water all over my counter, anyone else had a kettle die like that and switched to something with a thicker spout?

Man, bent sideways mid-pour? That's wild... like the metal just gave up on you right when you needed it most. Ouch.

Metal just bending sideways in the middle of a pour? That had to be terrifying! @finleyw99 I would have dropped everything and screamed.
