Hot take: Moka pot coffee is better cold than hot

I brewed a pot on my stove this morning and got distracted by a phone call so it sat for like 20 minutes. Drank it room temp and the bitterness just vanished, had this smooth chocolatey taste I never noticed when it was hot. Anyone else ever let their moka pot go cold on purpose?
