Finally dialed in my pour over after a month of sour cups

Honestly, it took me 30 days to realize my water in Portland was way too soft. Anyone else have to fight their local water for a decent brew?

Wait, you guys are checking your water? I just kept buying darker roasts until the sour taste went away... maybe @milestaylor was onto something with that hard water trip. My poor beans never stood a chance.

Yeah, hard water is rough (a simple shower filter can make a huge difference).
