My first real project was a disaster and I almost quit
Three years ago, I decided to build a simple website for my friend's small bakery. I thought, 'How hard can it be?' I spent a whole weekend in my apartment in Austin just staring at the screen. I tried to use Bootstrap because everyone said it was easy, but I couldn't get the columns to line up right. The pictures were all different sizes and the text looked weird on my phone. I remember my friend asking to see it on Monday and I had to make up an excuse about my computer crashing. I felt so dumb for not being able to make a basic page. It made me think maybe coding just wasn't for me. Has anyone else had a first project that just fell apart completely?

My first project looked like a toddler built it with spaghetti code.

My buddy's first app was just one giant main function.

Mark361, we all started with code that barely ran.
