Just realized I spent 5 months copying code from tutorials without ever typing a line myself

Sat down last night to build a simple to-do list with no video playing and my hands just froze over the keyboard. I had watched 40 plus hours of Python videos and could not write a basic for loop from scratch. Has anyone else hit this wall where you know the concepts but your fingers don't know what to do?
