He said it at the break during week 2 of my community college course in Vancouver, and now I have a notebook page just for variable names because renaming stuff broke my whole script four times, so how do you all decide names without overthinking it?
My cousin renamed her cat like six times before it would come to her, which is kind of the same problem. She had this whole list, Biscuit, Mango, Waffles, then the cat just ignored all of them and answered to "pspsps" anyway. I spent a whole weekend once naming a Minecraft world and a D&D character and both ended up being called Steve. Sometimes the first dumb name you pick is the one that sticks, and your script stops caring what it is as long as YOU remember it. Your notebook page is honestly the smart move, way better than my approach of just adding an extra letter every time it breaks.
