Old-school paper templates beat my digital setup on a job in Phoenix

Got tired of transferring CAD files to the floor, so I tried printing full-size patterns on paper for a curved aluminum part last month. Worked way better than my tablet for checking fit, the old guys were right. Anyone else go back to paper when the fancy stuff gets in the way?
