Just realized I was holding my end mills wrong for 5 years

I used to clamp my tool holders with the set screw facing the wrong direction, always fighting with runout until a old timer at a shop in Detroit pointed it out to me. Anyone else ever have a basic setup habit that took way too long to fix?
