Had a coolant line blow off right as the boss walked in...

I was running a big aluminum job on the old Mazak, and the main coolant line just popped off its fitting during a tool change. It sprayed all over the control panel and the floor, and my manager walked through the door right into the mist. What's the weirdest thing that's failed on you right at the worst possible time?

Figured there had to be a reason the boss was staring so intently at your demo. Probably the most memorable safety meeting your company has ever had though.
