Paid $200 for a home energy audit and it paid for itself in 3 months
I had this company come out from Denver Energy Works to do a full audit on my 1950s house. They found I was losing tons of heat through the attic and had a gap in my ductwork. Sealing it up and adding insulation cost me $800 total but my gas bill dropped from $180 to $90 a month. Has anyone else done an audit and seen actual savings?
