Quoting "saving the planet feels better." Absolutely. That's the whole trade off right there. Money is one thing but you can't buy that feeling. Takes guts to make that jump. Hope the startup kills it and the pay gets better soon. That rough patch will be worth it.

Honestly, I wish I was that brave. My bank account would probably start crying if I tried that trade-off. But really, good for anyone who makes that call.
