Why does nobody talk about how your city's 311 app is the best gossip source around
I used to figure the 311 app was just for potholes, until I scrolled the report feed for my neighborhood last week and saw 14 complaints about one guy's rooster on Elm Street. The whole block replied with timestamps and one person uploaded a voice memo, and now I check it before the local news. Does your town's app have a public comment feed or is that just a here thing?
