Overheard two guys on the subway planning to scam tourists near the art museum
Honestly, I was just minding my business on the 6 train last night when I caught these two dudes talking about fake charity sign-up sheets. They said they camp out near the entrance of the Philly Art Museum and ask folks for $5 donations to a fake youth program. I got off at the next stop but it stuck with me all day. Has anyone else seen this happening around Center City?
