Why does nobody mention a simple leaf blower saves 40 minutes on a soot covered flue
Got called to a 1920s house in Albany last Tuesday and the flue was caked so bad my usual brush kept binding up. Tried hitting it with my little battery leaf blower from the bottom first and the loose crud just fell right out, took 15 minutes instead of the usual hour. Anyone else doing this or am I late to the party?
