Wasted $150 on a cheap rotary brush set that fell apart in a week
Honestly, I thought I was saving money buying a no-name rotary brush kit off Amazon for my chimney cleaning. After three jobs, the bristles started shedding all over a customer's fireplace. Took me two extra hours with a shop vac to clean up the mess. Has anyone else had luck with a specific brand that actually holds up?

Ngl, maybe the issue is less the brush and more the drill speed.

My neighbor swears by the Sooteater brand for his chimney stuff, said it's the only one that didn't break on him.

Swears by the Sooteater" is funny because I had the exact opposite experience with mine. The Sooteater's plastic housing cracked on the second use and left me with a spinning mess that wouldn't stay attached to the drill. Seems like every budget rotary brush is basically the same gamble no matter what people say.
