That offhand comment from a homeowner got me thinking about my brush routine
A lady I was sweeping for yesterday said she could tell I used a poly brush because of the pattern I left on the flue walls, and she was dead right. I've been using the same style brush for 7 years without really questioning it, but it made me look up how different bristles wear down masonry over time. Anyone else get caught off guard by a client who knows their stuff?
