Stainless liners are becoming the default choice around here

It cuts down on callbacks and keeps the soot where it belongs.

Wait, they're really the default now? That's wild to me because aren't stainless liners way more expensive? I figured most people were still just using the basic clay tile ones to save money upfront.

My neighbor's stainless liner has lasted through three brutal winters already.

The price jump is about $300 on most jobs I see. You'll save that on one avoided callback to clear a cracked tile liner. It just makes sense for the long haul.
