Showerthought: I counted my brush sizes last week and stopped at 47

I was reorganizing the van after a job in Akron and decided to actually count every brush I own, and the number was 47, which seems way too high for one guy sweeping maybe 15 flues a week. Turns out I have doubles of almost everything because I keep buying a spare when I can't find the one I want mid-job instead of just digging through the pile. Any of you keep a strict count on your gear, or do you just let the collection grow like I do?
