Hit my 200th service ticket today and it hit different

Was rolling through my log book after wrapping up a double shift on a catering gig and noticed I'm exactly at 200 tickets since I started keeping track back in March. That number made me realize I've been paying attention to the wrong milestones. I always thought hitting 100 would be the big one, but 200 showed me my real pattern, my prep time is finally under 2 minutes for most plates. Has anyone else had a random number like that make you rethink how you measure your progress in this line of work?

Man, that really hit me reading this. I get EXACTLY what you mean about the random numbers being the ones that actually show growth. For me it was around ticket 150 when I finally stopped breaking a sweat over the chaos of a full pass, and that felt way bigger than any round number. It is wild how the brain just picks a moment to go oh, okay, you got this now.
