Hit 500 covers on a Tuesday night last week and I'm still surprised

We usually do maybe 300 on a slow Tuesday, but somehow we ended up with a waitlist by 7pm. Has anyone else had a random night blow up like that where you can't figure out why?

Totally had that happen last month on a random Wednesday for no reason at all.

Huh, I always thought busy nights were predictable. Then a random Wednesday last month proved me wrong, packed house out of nowhere.

Yeah I definitely used to think you could call busy nights by looking at the calendar or the weather. Then a dead Tuesday last summer somehow turned into a packed house and I just gave up trying to figure it out.
