Had a walk-in cooler fail on me mid-service last Saturday

I'm still mad about it. Lost about $800 worth of prep I'd done for Sunday brunch because the compressor died and nobody caught it until the temp hit 50. Has anyone else dealt with a sudden cooler breakdown that wrecked your whole weekend?

man 800 bucks is rough. my last prep order was like 350 and i thought i was gonna cry when i dropped it. @olivia_harris19 insurance probably told her to kick rocks too they always find a way to deny everything. i swear half the time they hit you with "pre-existing condition" just cause you looked at your fridge wrong. hope she at least gets a tax write off or something cause that's brutal.
