Appreciation post for the cheap sheet pan I almost threw out

Ngl, I picked the $12 nonstick sheet pan over the $60 cast iron one for my new Sunday prep setup and after 8 straight weeks of roasting beets and chicken thighs without a single stuck-on mess, has anyone else found that the budget option beats the fancy gear in a high-volume kitchen?
