Tried that $5 gas station burrito my coworker swore by and actually paid off

My buddy Dave from the shipping dock kept telling me about the gas station burritos at the Shell on Highway 9. Said they were better than Taco Bell for half the price. I finally grabbed one last Tuesday on my lunch break and he was right. It was $4.89, stuffed with eggs and chorizo, and actually had real cheese instead of that fake melty stuff. I've gone back three times already this week. Anyone else got a gas station find that surprised them?

Did you mean the Shell off Exit 9 on Highway 7? Because that's the one with the good burritos, not Highway 9. Highway 9 has that sketchy 7-Eleven with the dried out rollers.

@jenny_coleman, I had to read your comment twice because that completely threw me off. My Dave specifically said Highway 9, but maybe he gets mixed up with the exit numbers sometimes. Now I wonder if I went to the wrong Shell altogether and just got lucky. The one I hit is right near the old lumber yard, white building with a busted fountain sign out front. I'd hate to think there's an even better burrito location out there that I've been missing this whole time. Might have to check out that Highway 7 Shell just to compare them and see which Dave really meant.
