Shoutout to that taco truck on 5th street in Austin that gave me a free burrito after my card declined
I was scrambling through my wallet and the owner just waved me off and said 'get it next time,' so now I make it a point to grab their $6 al pastor tacos every Friday since they earned my business for life, anyone else got a spot that hooked them up when they were broke?

Six bucks for al pastor tacos is almost unheard of these days, that's a hookup in itself. The owner knows what he's doing though, giving away one burrito gets him a regular customer for years. That's the kind of loyalty you can't buy with an ad or a coupon. Places like that deserve to stay packed every single night.
