Found out gas station hot dogs aren't the worst option for protein per dollar
I was reading a random nutrition blog last night and they broke down cost per gram of protein for fast food. I always thought the taco place down the street was the best deal at $1.50 a taco. But apparently a gas station hot dog with the bun gives you like 15 grams of protein for $1.29 if you grab the right brand. I checked the 7-Eleven near my work in Austin and the numbers matched. Has anyone else crunched the numbers on their cheap eats?
