Burger King drive thru in Nashville gave me a cold fish sandwich last night

I was heading home late from a work thing around 9pm and stopped at the Burger King off I-24. Ordered their fish sandwich combo for like $6 and some change. Took a bite and it was actually cold inside, like straight from the fridge cold. Has anyone else had problems with fast food fish sandwiches being served at weird temperatures or was this just a one off bad night?

Rolled through a similar BK situation last winter and bit into what I swear was a fish poptart. Cold on one side, lukewarm on the other, and the bun was somehow stale even though it was 10pm. Figured they just keep those frozen patties in the warmer too long or not long enough. Flavor was fine but the temperature made it feel like a crime against seafood.

Gotta wonder if the bun was actually from earlier in the day and sat under heat lamps too long while they waited for more fish to cook. Makes you think how much of the supply chain is just guessing on timing.
