Kept a food diary of every breakfast-dinner combo for 90 days and found out I eat soup for dinner 41 times
I started writing down every meal where I flipped breakfast and dinner, mostly to settle an argument with my brother about whether cold cereal counts as soup when eaten at 8pm. Out of 90 days I logged 41 soup dinners and 22 cereal dinners, which honestly says more about my grocery budget than my cooking. The weird part is I stopped caring about the label after week 3 and just started noticing which combos actually filled me up, and chili over cornbread won by a mile. The diary is just a cheap spiral notebook from Kroger with ketchup stains on it, nothing fancy. Does anyone else track this stuff or am I the only one keeping a soup log like a weirdo?
