Hit 200 cold soup batches this morning, didn't plan that
My tally sheet from March shows I've made 200 different cold soups, mostly gazpacho variations, since I started tracking in 2021. That includes 43 cucumber versions alone, which feels silly but also awesome. Anyone else keep a running count of their weird soup experiments?

43 cucumber soups? How do you even come up with that many ways to make gazpacho taste different?
