Warning: glue down over old pad leaves bubbles
Did a 2,000 sq ft office in Tulsa last month. Previous crew left the old pad down, we glued straight over it. Looked fine day one, but 3 weeks later bubbles popped up near the seams. Anyone else run into this, or do you always rip up the pad first?

Did the same thing on a retail space in Broken Arrow, bubbles showed up by week two.
