That crown molding cut I botched in front of a client in Akron
I was 20 feet up on a scaffold doing a dining room install and the coped joint on the second piece blew out because I rushed the dry fit, leaving a gap you could park a truck in, so I told the homeowner I'd redo that section free and ate 3 hours of my own time to make it right, and now I'm wondering how you all handle those public screw-up moments when the customer is watching?
