Spent $400 on a career coach in Denver who just told me to 'believe in myself'
Four sessions, zero resume help, and the only concrete thing I got was a $12 worksheet I could have found for free, so has anyone actually found a coach worth the money or is the whole thing a racket?

Did you check if they had any actual hiring background before you paid? What worked for me was finding someone who used to be a recruiter in my field, way more useful than the mindset stuff.
