Honestly, that part about "how are you preparing for this change" got me thinking. I read an article last week saying even basic stuff like knowing environmental rules is becoming a normal part of office jobs now. It just makes business sense to cut waste and save money. Tbh I've been looking at some of those free online courses about sustainable practices, just to get the general idea. Feels like you gotta at least know the basics to keep up.

Last month I took that free Google course on green office practices. I used to think this stuff was only for big companies or special jobs. But after learning about simple fixes like turning off lights and cutting paper use, I totally get why it matters for every office. My small team started a waste audit and we found so many easy ways to save!

Lmao right? My old office was so bad we probably needed a waste audit just for my desk alone. I used to print everything like it was 1999, now I cringe thinking about all those single sided drafts.
