Spent 4 hours chasing a parasitic draw on my Civic just to find it was the trunk light
So my battery kept dying overnight and I figured it was the alternator, but that tested fine at the parts store in Tacoma. I grabbed a multimeter and started pulling fuses one by one, and after 4 hours of testing every single circuit the draw was still there. Turns out the trunk latch sensor was stuck so the light stayed on the whole time, which is a $12 switch and maybe 20 minutes of work. I almost donated the car over a dumb little switch, has anyone else had a parasitic draw hide somewhere you never thought to check?

My glove box light did the same thing last winter, dead battery every morning.
