My uncle in Fresno got sideswiped in a parking lot a month ago, the rear door has a dent the size of a dinner plate and the radio screen went dead the same day. He got quoted $1,200 for the body work and $300 for a new head unit, but the car has 190k miles and the AC barely works. Do I tell him to fix the door and skip the radio, or is this the point where you just drive it ugly until the wheels fall off?
