Walked past a TV station in Chicago that still has a sign for a show canceled in 2009

I was grabbing coffee near the old WGN studios last weekend and saw a faded sign for a talk show that got canceled back in 2009. It made me wonder how many shows get forgotten even though the signs and merch are still out there. What canceled show do you think still has enough fans to actually bring it back?

Grabbed my own coffee and noticed the same kind of thing a few years back. That sign is probably just glued on there and nobody bothered to take it down. There was a show called Homicide: Life on the Street that still has a weird cult following online, people post clips from it all the time. I think shows like that could work again if they kept the same gritty feel but updated the setting. The real trick is getting the original cast back, and that almost never happens because actors move on. But the fans are still there, they just need a little nudge to get excited again.

Used to figure old cop shows were done for, but you make a solid point. That online community is still out there, they just need the right reason to come back. Never thought about the cast being the real dealbreaker, but now that you say it, that's exactly what makes or breaks a reboot.
