The whole "Netflix should bring back Mindhunter" thing drives me up a wall
People keep acting like Netflix just randomly canceled Mindhunter for no reason. But Fincher straight up said the numbers weren't there for a season 3, it was too expensive per episode for how many people actually watched it. I checked the viewing data from back then and it barely cracked the top 20 in its best week. If you want a revival, fine, but at least admit it's a niche show for a small audience, not some huge injustice. Anyone else tired of people pretending streaming services owe us their most expensive shows?

Right, because Netflix is a charity for expensive TV shows nobody watched.
